1. Agreement and eligibility
Engine AI Labs LLC operates Servn. These Terms apply to your use of the Servn app and website. By using Servn, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Use of the Servn iOS app is also subject to Apple’s applicable App Store terms and, where applicable, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Servn is for adults aged 18 or older. At launch, the app is designed for iPhone and offered only in supported App Store regions where our AI provider supports access. App and subscription availability are limited by region and may change. Do not bypass eligibility or regional access restrictions.
2. Your account
Provide accurate account information and keep it current. Protect your password, Apple Account, and access to your device. You are responsible for your use of Servn and must not share access to facilitate misuse. Contact support@servnapp.com if you suspect unauthorized access. Complete email verification or other account checks when requested. Signing out ends your session; it does not delete your account or server-stored information.
3. General wellness guidance
Servn provides general wellness and nutrition guidance. Its philosophy is organization, not restriction. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure medical conditions and does not replace care from a qualified health professional. It is not a treatment for eating disorders.
Use your judgment when deciding whether guidance fits your circumstances. Verify ingredients, allergens, and food suitability independently. Discuss health conditions, medications, pregnancy, or significant dietary changes with an appropriate professional. Goals and Challenges do not guarantee changes in health, weight, or appearance.
Servn is not an emergency service. For an emergency or immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Do not delay professional care because of a Servn response.
4. AI-generated responses
Servn uses AI, including OpenAI as a service provider, to generate responses from your messages and relevant context. Responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for you, even when they sound confident. Review them before acting and verify information that matters to your decisions.
Personalization depends on the information available to Servn. Providing preferences, restrictions, or goals does not ensure that every response accounts for them correctly. You remain responsible for your choices.
5. Acceptable use
- Use Servn lawfully and respect other people’s rights and privacy.
- Do not submit unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or infringing content, or personal information you are not entitled to share.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, or circumvent security, usage limits, or payment controls.
- Do not use Servn to facilitate harm or present its responses as professional diagnosis or treatment.
6. Your content and our intellectual property
You retain your rights in messages and other content you provide. You give Engine AI Labs LLC permission to process, store, and transmit that content, including through service providers, only as needed to operate, maintain, and secure Servn, provide features you use, and handle your support requests. This permission is subject to the handling and retention described in our Privacy Policy. You must have the rights needed to provide your content.
Servn’s software, design, branding, and other service materials belong to Engine AI Labs LLC or its licensors. These Terms permit your personal use of the service and do not transfer ownership of those materials or grant permission to misuse our branding.
7. Apple subscriptions and billing
When available through the App Store, Servn offers monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions. Apple handles payment and billing. Review the price, billing period, and any applicable offer terms shown before confirming a purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Apple before renewal.
Manage or cancel your subscription in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Servn, or open Apple’s subscription management. Follow Apple’s cancellation instructions and the timing shown for your subscription. Servn’s Check Existing Purchases and Refresh Status controls help reconcile subscription access; they do not cancel a subscription.
Refund requests for purchases billed by Apple are handled through Apple and subject to its applicable policies and consumer law. See Apple’s refund instructions. A refund is not guaranteed. Nothing in these Terms limits refund or other consumer rights provided by law.
8. Stopping use and deleting your account
You may stop using Servn or request account deletion through the app. Deletion removes normal account-linked application data and ends access to that account. Limited records may remain as described in our Privacy Policy, including a minimal subscription ownership record to prevent a past purchase from being reassigned to another account.
Deleting your account, deleting the app, and signing out do not cancel your Apple subscription. Cancel it separately through Apple if you no longer want renewal. Deleting conversations does not delete your account or necessarily remove independently stored profile, Current Goal, or Challenge information. See Support for the available controls.
9. Service changes and access
Features and availability may change, and service may be interrupted by maintenance, connectivity issues, or provider outages. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, a violation of these Terms, security concerns, or legal requirements. Where required, we will provide notice and respect applicable rights relating to paid services. You can contact support about an access decision.
10. Disclaimers and limits
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Servn is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, error-free responses, or particular results. To that same extent, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or losses caused by use contrary to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or removes mandatory consumer guarantees, remedies, or other statutory rights.
11. Updates and contact
We may update these Terms as Servn develops. The effective date identifies this version. We will provide notice of material changes and obtain agreement where required by law. For questions about these Terms or help with Servn, contact Engine AI Labs LLC at support@servnapp.com.
