How it works
Your guidance allowance
Successful guidance answers and Challenge check-ins share your allowance. Required clarifications do not use a guidance request.
A fresh allowance each month
Requests reset on the first of each calendar month in UTC. Unused requests do not roll over. This reset is separate from your subscription billing date.
Subscriptions through Apple
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Manage or cancel through your Apple Account in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Servn.
In the Servn iPhone app
When Servn launches, subscriptions will be available in the iPhone app. Apple handles payment and billing.
